Online retailers must be pre-approved by DALS to sell and promote DALS products on their platform. An approved online retailer is not authorized to sell or promote DALS on any marketplace or any other online retailer/platform. A Dals-approved online retailer must not advertise unit pricing below the IMAP price shown on the Dals current valid price list. 

If the online retailer wishes to collaborate with DALS on promotional events, all events must be pre-approved by DALS and the online retailer must offer their customers an IN CART coupon code for the duration of the sale (this will not affect MAP price).
